This 5-hour course is designed for anyone preparing for IMT interviews. It's structured in two dynamic stages:
Stage 1: Observation & Insights
Watch as your tutors conduct a mock interview, featuring common, handpicked scenarios. Following the demonstration, you'll receive expert tips on how to tackle each situation, with plenty of time for questions.
Stage 2: Practice & Performance
Now it’s your turn! Participants break into small groups to practice answering sample questions under timed conditions, giving you the chance to refine your skills in a supportive, real-world setting.
These are separate experiences, each designed to complement the other in distinct ways.Â
While the 5-hour course offers opportunities to practice interview scenarios in a group setting, the one-to-one interview is a more in-depth, individual experience. It’s a full mock interview conducted in the official format (via Teams), with tailored feedback, recommended strategies, and top tips.
In short - the course involves multiple participants, while the one-to-one is a personalized session just for you!
Dates are out!
The dates for our 5-hour course are the 21st Dec 2024, and 18th Jan 2025.
Anyone attending our 5-hour course, or one-to-one interview sessions will be receiving the handbook - free of charge!
Hey! I'm Orestis, an IMT2 at Royal Free and a newly accredited MRCP doc (just conquered PACES!). Aspiring to breathe easy as a future respiratory physician, I've been hooked on medical education from the start - building platforms, organizing teaching series, and earning a few teaching merits along the way. Outside the hospital, you'll find me traveling, playing racket sports, hitting the gym, or creating music. Having scored full marks at my IMT interview I'm ready to help you ACE YOURS, with a bit of fun on the side!
Hi, I'm Nicoleta! I'm currently working as an IMT1 at UCLH. I scored full marks in my IMT interview and secured my dream job! I'm passionate about both rheumatology and endocrinology, and l've always had a strong interest in medical education, getting involved in teaching and mentoring since l graduated in 2020. Before medical school, I graduated with first degree honours in BSc in medical science and humanities with projects in law and ethics. Outside of Medicine, I love to unwind by reading and exploring new countries whenever I get the chance - nothing better than a good holiday! I'm truly excited to help you prepare for your interviews. I'll be sharing my tips and strategies and will give you all the tools you need to succeed!Â
Hey there! I'm Georgios, an IMT1 in Cambridge who aced the IMT interview and secured my top-choice spot. I'm totally hooked on dermatology, sexual health, and HIV medicine - basically, if skin or sexual health is involved, I'm all in! With a PGCert in Medical Education from the University of Cambridge and an NHS Award for teaching (yep, I love it that much), I'm committed to making learning as exciting as possible. Outside the hospital, you'll probably find me swimming, cycling, or chasing the sun (SPF 50 of course) in some tropical paradise. Ready to nail your IMT interview? Let's make it happen!
